EXCELERANT is proud to announce the recent accomplishments of two coaches who have achieved the next level of professional credentials in support of their commitment to providing high-quality coaching support to our clients.
In February 2014, Christina Harper Olivier received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential for the proven coach from the International Coach Federation. To achieve this credential, Christina has demonstrated her ability to develop strong relationships with her clients through active listening and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect that allows her clients to overcome their current challenges and achieve their goal.
With over 20 years of experience in the workforce development field, Christina uses a “coach approach” to support clients and organizations to improve performance, strengthen operations and reach the next level of growth.
Christina says “Executives and leaders rarely have someone dedicated solely to their needs and with me as their coach that’s exactly what they have. It’s quite rewarding to be the confidential sounding board and strategic partner to these leaders.”
Tracy Herman has completed the Core Essentials Fast Track Program (CEFTP) from Coach U and has received her Core Essentials Graduate (CEG) certification in March of 2015. Tracy has been an experienced coach for over eight years.
Tracy says “I enjoy a similar joy from working with leaders as an external coach as I did working inside an organization as a director. The joy comes from watching how people evolve and seeing their excitement when their goals are realized. Moments like that are when I truly feel successful.”
