Having a pipeline of prepared, qualified industry leaders to have a successful transition of the company/industry to next in line leaders.

We believe that the next in line leaders need to understand the core values that make an organization and industry successful – and that values should not be sacrificed for any reason.  So we thought it would be interesting for this group to identify some of the values desired for our industry for the future.
