The History of Salt Therapy
Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, has its origins in the salt mines of Eastern Europe. In the 19th century, it was discovered that salt miners had remarkably good respiratory health due to the microclimate within the mines. Today, salt therapy recreates these beneficial conditions, using finely ground salt particles to promote respiratory and skin health.

We are proud to offer two distinct salt therapy rooms, each tailored to provide unique experiences:
- The Conversation/Family Room: A welcoming space designed for all ages. This room provides a relaxing environment where you can sit back, read a book, or spend time with loved ones. It’s also equipped with toys and games, making it perfect for families with young children to enjoy the benefits of salt therapy together.
- The Meditation Room: An adults-only sanctuary for quiet reflection and relaxation. This tranquil, peaceful space is ideal for those seeking a calm environment to meditate, unwind, or simply breathe deeply in the therapeutic salt-infused air. The Meditation Room offers two experiences:
- Group Lounging: Relax in a shared space designed for quiet contemplation and communal relaxation.
- Semi-Private Loungers (Upgraded Experience): Enjoy a more personalized session in one of our semi-private lounge-style massage chairs, perfect for a deeply restorative and premium experience within the serene atmosphere of the Meditation Room.
Recovery Room
Our Recovery Room is a cutting-edge space designed to help you feel your best. This dedicated area features:
- A lounge-style massage chair for ultimate relaxation
- Red light therapy leg compression boots to enhance circulation and recovery
- A red light therapy face mask to support skin health
- A red light therapy panel for overall cellular rejuvenation
- A Hypervolt massage gun for targeted muscle relief
- Smart goggles for tension and stress relief
Infrared Sauna
We offer two private relaxation rooms where you can enjoy the benefits of our infrared sauna sessions. Infrared heat penetrates deeply to promote detoxification, circulation, and overall wellness. For an enhanced experience, you can add red light therapy, known for its ability to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and boost skin health.
